Called to Serve

Ontario's Catholic Trustees

In this section of the website, we are pleased to highlight in video format, Catholic School Trustee leaders sharing their experience and perspectives regarding the distinct Calling to become a Catholic School Trustee. All School Trustees in Ontario’s K-12 education sector fulfill an important role in the education of children and in our Catholic education system, Catholic Trustees have added responsibilities that are rooted in our Catholic faith and focused on placing Christ at the centre of the school life and the learning experience for all students..

On this page you will see videos from trustees at Catholic school boards across the province explaining the inspiration for their calling and the distinctive role they are fulfilling in service to students, their community and the Church.

Our Mission: Inspired by the Gospel, the Ontario Catholic School Trustees’ Association provides the provincial voice, leadership and service for elected Catholic school trustees to promote and protect publicly funded Catholic education in Ontario.
