OCSTA is managed by a board of directors consisting of a president, a vice-president, a past president and 16 additional trustees elected from 13 regions. The executive director, the provincial Chaplain and a representative of the Ontario Conference of Catholic Bishops are non-voting members of the board.
OCSTA’s 16 Regional Directors are elected by trustees in each membership region of the province. All trustees are encouraged to contact their regionally elected OCSTA Directors to make them aware of issues that might be brought forward to the full Board of Directors.
