  • Clerks to provide candidates with the maximum campaign expense limit at the time a candidate files a nomination

Voting Procedures Deadline

Nomination Deadline (2 p.m.)

Nomination Withdrawal Deadline (2 p.m.)

Compliance Audit Committee to be established

October 25, 2010

Election Day

  • voting locations open at 10:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m.

December 1, 2010

Term of Office begins

  • inaugural meeting to be held within 31 days
  • oath of office to be completed

December 31, 2010

Campaign period ends if no deficit

March 25, 2011

Deadline to file Financial Statements and auditor report

June 30, 2011
