2011 Labour Relations Seminar - Registration Form

Seminar Registration Information:

Registration Fee: $254.25 ($225.00 + $29.25 HST)

The registration fee includes meals and admission to all sessions of the OCSTA Labour Relations Seminar and the OESC Certificate Course.

Seminar Cancellation Policy:
The deadline date for cancellation and full refund of all registration fees is November 1, 2011. An administrative fee of $50.00 will be charged for cancellations received after November 1^stand before close of business on November 4^th. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after November 4, 2011. All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to Pam DeNobrega, by Fax to 416-932-9459 or by E-mail to pdenobrega@ocsta.on.ca.
